What you’ll be doing in this role
Reporting directly to our professional, hands-on Maintenance Manager, this role will be responsible for general electrical support including installation and repairs of PLC controls systems, lighting and power, completing on-call maintenance jobs as required and other general ad hoc duties associated with the position.

A key part of the role will be performing and producing a high-quality standard of service to the hospital whilst having people skills communicating with patients, their families and visitors.

Who we’re looking for

  • You’ll have a current or previous experience in a general electrical role
  • You’ll demonstrate a proactive approach to maintenance, ensuring all works are completed to a quality standard, in a timely manner, whilst upholding great attention to detail
  • You’ll have communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of people
  • You’ll have the proven ability to prioritise multiple jobs, having capability to work independently or as part of a team
  • You’ll hold a NSW Electrical Licence
  • You’ll hold a current, valid, NSW Drivers Licence
  • You’ll have a desire to learn about, or have knowledge in healthcare maintenance & electrical environment whilst having a keen willingness to complete any additional training if required in the role
