Early Childhood Teacher
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Tribe@Butler. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for young children to learn and grow. They will plan and implement age-appropriate activities, monitor child development, and communicate effectively with parents.

Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans based on curriculum guidelines
- Provide a stimulating environment that encourages learning through play
- Monitor children's progress and assess their developmental needs
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress
- Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or working towards it)
- Valid teaching certification/license
Experience working with young children
Strong understanding of child development principles
