Early Childhood Educators

We currently have opportunities for Diploma-Qualified Educators to work full-time and plan and deliver a creative, high-quality early years' program for children in a multi-age setting.

Your new work environment

You will be an integral part of a team of dedicated educators, working together to create a stimulating, positive and inclusive environment that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework whilst maintaining the elements of the National Quality Standards (NQS). With the benefit of above educator to child ratio, you will be responsible for observations, programming and for the evaluation of children's development to ultimately support their learning outcomes.

You will find the atmosphere to be serene and calm, fostering a sense of peace and tranquillity. Staff genuinely love to come to work, and the children are settled and engaged. The natural, beautiful indoor and outdoor environments are exceptionally cared for, with meticulous thought going into every detail.

If the tranquil work environment was not already a huge benefit, all staff have access to an off-site staff retreat. This service caters to 60 children spread across four rooms, each with its own outdoor play areas.

What we are looking for:

• A genuine passion for providing excellence in early childhood education and care
• Completed Diploma in Child Services (please note that we are not taking graduate diplomas at this time).
• Sound knowledge of the NQF, including the VEYLDF, EYLF, and NQS.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills and ability to work within a team
• Excellent programming, observation, and documentation skills
• Experience working in a long daycare environment
• Ability to work to a rotating roster 07:30-6:00 pm
