Who You'll Work With

For over 25 years, we've proudly partnered with Telstra, Australia’s largest telecommunications company. Our team of enthusiastic customer service and sales professionals is growing, and we want you to be a part of it! Based in Perth, you'll engage with everyday Aussies, helping them with their Telstra services and products.Β This is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to start their journey with an entry level position, we know a new role can be stressful which is why the support will still be there even after you leave training!

Job Description

The Role

As a key member of our team, you'll:

  • πŸ’ΌΒ Meaningful Work:Β Support everyday customers across Australia by selling solutions they truly need.

  • πŸ•’Β Great Working Hours:Β Enjoy an 7am- 5pm rotating schedule (Monday- Friday)

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should:

  • βœ… Be able to work full-time with a flexible schedule.
  • 🏠 Work 2 days from home and 3 days in our West Perth office.
  • πŸŽ“ Attend our comprehensive 5-week paid training program.
  • πŸ—£οΈ Possess excellent communication skills and enjoy engaging in conversation.
  • 🌱 Be open to learning new skills and celebrating your achievements.
  • πŸ’ͺ Exhibit resilience and maintain high performance.
  • πŸ–₯️ Have strong multi-tasking abilities and be proficient with computer systems.
  • 🧩 Approach problems with a solution-based mindset.
  • πŸ“Ά Have a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
  • πŸ“… Availability to work Monday - Friday, between 7am - 5pm
