Complaint Ticket Administrator  - Full Time

About the role:

We are seeking a customer service champion reporting to the Customer Journey Manager. In this role you will provide support and guidance to the team by logging complaint tickets, liaising with Branch Managers and Department Heads, seeing complaints are managed in a timely manner and to a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring we comply with the General Insurance Code of Practice

About you: 
•     Experienced in Customer Service & Administration 
•     An excellent communicator with plenty of energy 
•     Must have resilience and great problem-solving skills 
•     Good attention to detail 
•     Have great organisational and time management skills 
•     Available to work from 9:00 – 17:30
