Customer Service Representative.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Crypto Customer Service Representative located in Melbourne, VIC, with flexibility for some remote work. The Crypto Support Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to users regarding cryptocurrency transactions. They will be the first line of defense and must be able to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. They must also communicate with other teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills are a must
  • An Australian accent is a must
  • Experience in a customer support or technical support role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in customer-facing roles
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
