We have a new position that forms an important part of our customer service team. The role involves responding to enquiries from our own team members, and some from the public. Versatility and flexibility are required, as you move from phone-based support, to completing some operational administrative tasks too.
Available Rosters:
Incoming enquiries can relate to all aspects of retail, trade, systems, promotions, and more. This is a fun, fast paced role, where you get to build rock solid relationships with stakeholders, as well as getting involved in a variety of process administration and continuous improvement initiatives. With no two days the same, this is the perfect role for anyone looking to kickstart a career in an office bound role.

Inbound phone based enquiries
Email based enquiries
General administration support
Customer service
Problem solving
Complaints resolution
