The Opportunity
Come and discover the opportunity to join our Forrestdale team as a Customer Service Representative. BlueScope Building Components, a division of BlueScope in Australia, manufactures and markets steel building products, solutions and services through its four leading brands: Lysaght, Fielders, Ranbuild and Kiteleys.
Our supportive, customer-focused team at Forrestdale are based at a brand new state of the art facility. They have a passion for service and team interaction, they represent the face of the business. In this role, you will bring your experience and willingness to learn in order to support the team. You will interact and manage internal and external customer enquiries and relationships; either in person, through phone calls or through emails. As a self-motivated, quick thinker, you quickly adapt and can juggle more than one task at any given time.
This is a Monday to Friday role, working a 38-hour week.
No prior steel industry experience is necessary. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
