The opportunity:


Customer Service Representative reporting to a Customer Service, Team Leader.

What you will do:


• Interact with Internal and External customer to deliver Positive Customer Experiences
• Fulfil customer expectations in line with business plans and strategies.
• Engage with colleagues and managers to learn new skills and processes to enhance work efficiency.

What we are looking for:

• Positive manner with an ability to work both autonomously and as part of a broader team.
• Attention to detail - especially when engaging with customers via email or phone, and when processing orders into our ERP system.
• Willingness to develop and enhance professional customer service skills.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to participate with others in the team to achieve group targets
• Build positive relationships across the wider business to enable delivery of exceptional CS experience.
