One sugar or two?

Come and join our wonderful residents for a coffee and a chat at our onsite coffee trolley set up known as  'The Shed' on a Monday 10:30am-12pm. We are seeking volunteers to assist residents to and from the onsite café. This will include collecting residents from their rooms and escorting them to the café, assisting making coffees and joining residents with your own cuppa and refreshments for a chat.

Your impact

Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.

HammondCare

HammondCare is an independent Christian charity and we're passionate about improving the quality of life for people in need. We have a wonderful group of volunteers that partner with us to enhance the lives of the clients cared for by HammondCare.

HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.
