Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead the team to ensure high standards of cleanliness
Perform tasks including strip & seal, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning
Maintain effective communication and foster a positive team environment
What We Are Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Physical ability to handle lifting, carrying, and kneeling
Proven experience in periodic cleaning techniques and team supervision
A clean National Police Clearance and an Employee Working with Children Card

Location: Parkville, VIC
Pay rate: $35.32 per hour plus Super
Shift Times: Monday to Friday evening from 19:15 to 23:45
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Leading a team of approximately 10 staff members
Cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the facility, including offices, reception, workshops, bathrooms, communal areas, and foyers
Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, staircases, and surfaces
Bio-cleaning might also be required at times
