About the Role

KDHS Renal Dialysis Unit is a very busy nurse-led haemodialysis unit that has three chairs and currently operates Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays, two sessions a day.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse who is fully qualified in haemodialysis passionate about providing quality health care to our Renal Dialysis patients. There is one nurse on each shift, supernumerary days will be provided.

They must be committed to inspire a culture of continuous quality improvement and enable an engaged and safe work environment. This person will also possess the ability to act as a mentor or preceptor to other nurses, including students and graduate nurses.

As an ANUM must be able to demonstrate highly developed time management skills and work as an active and engaged team member and delegate for the Nurse Unit Manager when required.
