ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Anaesthetics/PACU registered nurse to join our professional, experienced and dynamic team. In this role the successful candidate will provide support to the Nurse Unit Manager to ensure continuity of the department management and ensure quality of care, as well as provide direction, support, and advice to nursing staff and other support personnel. This support will be invaluable as the department moves into a new era with our exciting redevelopment, commencing later this year.
In this rewarding opportunity you will join the St Vincentβs Private Hospital Melbourne (SVPHM) team as Associate Nurse Unit Manager in our Anaesthetics/PACU department at our Fitzroy campus. This role will involve providing professional leadership and the maintenance of clinical standards and quality care of the twenty-four hour continuum.

ABOUT YOU:
As an outstanding Anaesthetic/PACU Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you are a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, an experienced nurse in a Theatre setting for at least 2 years and have post graduate qualifications or working towards.
