Purpose of the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager at our iconic Aesop Fitzroy Store, you will be working alongside your team and Store Manager in a space situated close to our ANZ office.

This opportunity will see the successful candidate work with their team to drive sales, KPI's and, to identify key areas of opportunity and trends in their business.

What we are looking for

  • Management experience within customer, retail or hospitality service environment,

  • Proven track record of effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes in a retail or hospitality environment,

  • History of successfully leading and coaching a team, creating an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment,

  • Demonstrated ability to utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationships,

  • Open mindset and deep curiosity seeking to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectives,

  • Strong communication, problem-solving and merchandising skills.
