About the Role

Support the Park Manager in the daily operations of our Lake Conjola Holiday Park. Boost your management career and be mentored by the leadership team to progress internally. From assisting housekeeping staff, to creating staff rosters - no two days will be the same!  

Responsibilities

  • Lead your team to ensure guests enjoy a high standard of service during their stay
  • Collect outstanding payments from guests and permanent residents.
  • Team member coordination and people management including rostering, performance management and recruitment.
  • Administration such as budgeting and managing the financial aspects of the Park.


About You
You will have a keen interest in tourism and hospitality and looking to progress in a long-term opportunity. You will also have:

  • Previous experience as a Manager within Hospitality or Tourism
  • Excellent administrative and computer skills
  • Experience in developing team members
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Understanding of financial controls and practice
  • Ability to go above and beyond to meet company objectives as well as ensuring customer satisfaction
