EFT/Hours:   0.6 - 1.0 EFT (48-80 Hours Per Fortnight)

Status:          Fixed Term - 12 months

Salary/ Hourly rate: 

Part Time - $34.1737 - $48.2684 plus 11.5% superannuation

Full time - $32.4650 - $45.8550 (with accrued ADO every 4 weeks) plus 11.5% superannuation

About the Role:

NCN Health have an exciting opportunity for Graduate Registered Nurses to join our 2025 Graduate Nurse Program. This program provides the opportunity for candidates to explore diverse learning experiences in small rural healthcare settings. NCN Health has 3 campuses in Nathalia, Cobram and Numurkah. You have an opportunity to undertake your program in any one of these campuses.

The program runs for 12 months and includes clinical rotations across Acute, Urgent Care, District Nursing, Aged Care, Theatre & Medical Clinic (Practice Nursing). The program provides the participant with additional study days, professional development opportunities, post graduate pathways and creates the opportunity to continue working with NCN Health after you have completed the program. We offer you a supportive working environment where you can consolidate and further develop your knowledge and skills to prepare for a positive transition into the healthcare workforce.

 What we are looking for:

• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Demonstrate competence in basic computer skills
• Vaccination against Covid-19 is a mandatory requirement
