This role is full-time, requiring 38 hours per week across 5 days, including Saturdays.

Greencross 13VETS is a dynamic team of Vet Nurses who provide essential services like offering advice, booking appointments, and triaging calls for Greencross clinics across Australia. Alongside providing phone support, we also take care of online bookings and ensure prompt responses to inquiries from the Greencross website. We're also dedicated to handling emails received from patient reminders and any other emails from Greencross, ensuring every client interaction is handled with care and efficiency.
About you
- Hold a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent certification
- Bring at least 4 years of clinical nursing experience
- Have experience in clinical reception
- Customer service experience is a bonus
- Experience with RxWorks is a plus, but don't worry if you're new – we'll train the right person
- Strong, reliable internet connection or willingness and ability to upgrade if successful
- Sharp computer skills with an eye for detail
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Friendly, warm and professional phone manner with the ability to converse with a range of different people with compassion and empathy
- Ready to handle tricky situations with grace
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing setting
- Quick on your feet with great problem-solving skills
- Stickler for following processes
- Genuine love for pets' well-being
- If working remotely, a comfortable and quiet workspace with a suitable office desk and chair
This role can be done remotely within Australia (in a stable housing residence), or if you're around Sydney, our welcoming head office in North Ryde is ready for you.
