About the Role
As a Spotlight Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing extensive leadership experience in large-format, high-volume retail environments
- Demonstrating strong business acumen with exposure to profit and loss (P&L) management
- Empowering and mentoring team members to become future leaders
- Overseeing performance management
- Managing large volumes of stock efficiently
The Ideal Candidate
We’re seeking someone with:
- Proven experience in retail management
- A background in managing high-volume or big-box retail environments
- An owner’s mindset when it comes to leadership
- A passion for inspiring teams to exceed their goals
- Experience in performance management and development plans
- Resilience, innovative problem-solving skills, and excellent time management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computers
- First Aid certification, or a willingness to undergo training (at our expense)
