Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Monitor residents' health status, vital signs, and response to treatment.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, physiotherapists, and social workers, to deliver holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure the highest standards of care and safety.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Registered Nurse qualification
• AHPRA Registered (highly regarded)
• A minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of aged care best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
