Customer Service Representative

We are looking for someone to join our team who loves engaging with customers and genuinely cares about resolving problems. You’ll be handling customer queries and enquiries, and supporting customers if things don’t go according to plan, both face to face and over the phone, and via email and SMS.

About you

Experienced in customer service delivery, you have the resilience to remain calm under pressure.

You have strong active listening skills, can demonstrate empathy for the customer and your focus is on their experience.

What will you bring?

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to support customers and work with key internal stakeholders
  • Computer literate - able to use/learn customer relationship management databases effectively (our CRMs of choice are Buz and Zendesk, and we use G-suite)
  • Experience in a similar role would be advantageous, but more important is a flair for problem-solving, a flexible attitude and “can do” approach
  • Outstanding organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to manage your time effectively
  • Willing to learn and take on feedback
  • Commitment to upholding our values of Quality, Integrity, Ease and Experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work under minimum supervision and as part of a team
  • Can work 1 in 3 Saturdays in our Showroom
