Customer Service Representative
We are looking for someone to join our team who loves engaging with customers and genuinely cares about resolving problems. You’ll be handling customer queries and enquiries, and supporting customers if things don’t go according to plan, both face to face and over the phone, and via email and SMS.
About you
Experienced in customer service delivery, you have the resilience to remain calm under pressure.
You have strong active listening skills, can demonstrate empathy for the customer and your focus is on their experience.
