CMBM (Clean, Maintain, Build, Manage) is a well-established Queensland owned and operated Facility Services and Cleaning company enjoying continued growth across Queensland.
We are currently seeking experienced and dependable Cleaners at Boyne Smelters - Rio Tinto.
Two shift times available
9.30 am – 2.00 pm.
7.00 am – 2.00 pm.
Weekend work available
Sat and Sunday 6.30 - 2.00 pm
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Will need to pass medical (QAL/RTAY/BSL)
- C-Class Driver's license
- Previous commercial cleaning experience
- A natural flair for organising, prioritising and 'getting the job done'
- Attendance at client sites at agreed times
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 100% compliance with all client / site rules, policies, procedures.
- Providing cleaning services strictly in accordance with agreed scopes of works and Service Agreements
- Reporting on serviceability / safety of cleaning tools and equipment
- General cleaning duties as required e.g., mopping and scrubbing hard flooring and tiled areas, class cleaning, kitchen / staff facilities cleaning, crip room, toilet and washroom cleaning and consumable replenishment, emptying bins etc.
- Strict compliance with all CMBM and client's safety procedures and instructions
